The counterpart to the led is the trailing end. It is triggered at the green end. The holding of an offset up to the maximum duration "End_max" is initially dependent on the current lengthening time gaps of the two detectors det1_a and det2_a at the stop line of TS_decis (TSa). One of these two time gaps must be smaller than "End_max". The switching of the offset duration "End_min" depends on the detectors assigned to TS_dep (TSb). As long as one of these time gaps is smaller than "End_max", an offset is controlled up to a minimum of "End_min". The following conditions then apply. The switching of the offset duration "End_max" depends on the detectors assigned to TS_dep (TSb). As long as these report traffic, an offset is controlled up to "End_max". An overrun depends on whether the time gaps of the loops det1_a and det2_a of the relevant traffic stream TS_decis (TSa) are smaller than the entered value End_max.
Figure 75: Lag private transport
A run-on is only controlled in the described form if both traffic streams TS_decis (TSa) and TS_dep (TSb) are set to red according to the vs | plus rules.
A run-on can be observed using the status value of the traffic stream TS_dep (TSb) (value = 20).
