Almost the same diagram as was used in the introduction - architecture. This shows how vs | plus is integrated in the control unit. Communication with the outside world only takes place via the operating system of the control unit. This means that vs | plus is completely dependent on the control unit. The control unit not only controls the data that is transferred to vs | plus, but also the commands that vs | plus transfers to the control unit.
With this design, the control unit can check the switching commands again and make corrections if necessary. It is the last safety level before the signals are signalled.
