With the integration of an interpreter in the vs | plus core, the process has been greatly simplified. The process no longer differentiates between the environment in which the additions are used.
Figure 106: Generate an open vs | plus file in VCB format
Programming is still carried out in the editor. A script is created when the programming work is completed. This script is written to a file in VCB format.
Figure 107: Creating a supply file
The special.ovsp.vcb only comes into play again when a vs | plus export is made. It is merged with the vs | plus parameter file (vs | plus.vcb) to form a supply file in VCB format. This file now contains data and information that is required in the vs | plus core.
Figure 108: Test or use on the control unit.
It no longer matters whether testing or a control unit needs to be supplied. There is one file with the complete data. No additional effort is required on the part of the device manufacturer when supplying a control unit. It is always just a supply of vs | plus parameters.
