1	AreaExceeded	Hold time has expired, registration area exceeded
2	AdvStatic	Always ADVANCE, no change to registration possible
3	AdvWithoutRegister	Optimised advance, but no registration
4	AdvDynamic	Advance if possible, block or register
5	BlockStatic	Always BLOCK, no change to registration possible
6	BlockWithoutRegister	Optimised blocking, but no registration
7	BlockDynamic	Block if possible, otherwise register
8	Registration	Execute registration
