With the "REDwJAM" detector function, a traffic stream is set to red in the event of congestion in the outflow (outflow control). This does not hinder a new switch-on command. vs | plus can also switch a traffic stream back to green in case of congestion according to the rules of the image composition. The blocking time after congestion has the effect that a traffic stream cannot get green again immediately after the end of green in case of a red command due to congestion.
