The programme definitions define how vs | plus should work.

Settings for the individual programmes are made in the Programme and global flags sections.

The parameters created are assigned to the individual programmes in the data records section.

Explanation using the example of the detector parameters

Figure 87: Assignment example of detector parameters to the programmes

Detector parameters:

Various groups of detector parameters can be created for the detector in the tool used for parameterisation. Several sets can also be created for each group (standard). The number or which group is required depends on the topology of the intersetion (no standard PT message points).

Parameter set detectors:

In the parameter set, the individual group parameters are assigned to a set. The number of possible sets is specified by vs | plus. The parameter groups can be freely assigned to the individual sets. The same parameter group can be assigned to none, one (standard) or several (fault) sets. The PT module parameter group is used in another parameter set. Standard PT is not supplied as these parameters are not available.

Programme definition data records:

The parameter sets created can be assigned to a programme in the programme definition. Which programme runs when is determined by a central or local annual automatic system. The currently valid programme is transferred to vs | plus. This information is used to load the parameterised parameters with the help of the data records.
