From vs | plus version 6.2.0, the functionality of vs | plus can be monitored during operation. Various limit values are checked in the plausibility module.
The following values can be monitored:
- Maximum red time of a traffic stream without call
- Maximum red time of a traffic stream with call
- Maximum green time of a traffic stream without extension
- Maximum green time of a traffic stream with extension
- Maximum waiting time of a vs | plus detector (Det) without green
- Maximum permanent occupancy of a control detector
- Maximum permanent gap of a control detector
After reaching the limit values - two thresholds can be set - vs | plus can react with the following actions:
- Sending a message to the control unit (vs | plus error message) after reaching threshold 1 (0 to 3200 sec.).
- Sending one of the following command requests (reactions) to the control unit after reaching threshold 2 (0 to 3200 seconds):
- No reaction
- System in fixed time
- Send message (vs | plus error message)
- Switch off the entire system
- Switch off partial node 1
- Switch off partial node 2
- Switch off partial node 3
- Switch programme to YAUT
- Switch defined emergency programme
- Reset vs | plus
These "commands" may be handled differently by the control units!
These plausibilities depend on the parameter set. These evaluations and reactions are therefore programme-dependent.
