Only traffic streams with a call are taken into account for the rank-dependent control parameters. Additional traffic streams can be switched on with the minor streams without call.

If vs | plus is to operate in the sense of stage control, and an entire stage is to be controlled when a main traffic stream is registered, even if the associated traffic streams are not registered, then additional traffic streams can be switched to the relevant one without call. A number of auxiliary streams can be defined for each traffic stream. They only get green if the authoritative traffic stream also gets green. Minor streams without call are also taken into account without call. However, they are considered after the minor streams "with call" and must fit into the overall stage. |
