Similar behaviour occurs with parameterised leads if there is a difference between the traffic stream-based and the display element-based conflicts.
If the conflicting only exists at traffic stream level and not at display element level, the green of the traffic stream is still extended. Any red flag for the conflicting does not apply if it is already in state 20.
The behaviour is understandable and has been implemented in this way. It is therefore not a bug.
